It's a phrase that represents the beginning of a new experience or adventure within the safety and comfort of one's own home. It's no wonder I titled my first children's book "Welcome Home". This phrase was how I greeted all of my open house guests when I was a full time Realtor. It made them feel at home as they crossed the threshold.
In addition, "Welcome Home" can also represent a sense of community and connection. It's a way of acknowledging that the home owner is not alone, that they are part of a larger network of people who appreciate and value the concept of home. It's a reminder that home is not just a physical structure, but a place where people come together, share experiences, and build memories. For me, home can even be places outdoors like the beach or forest. I feel grounded there with Mother Earth. Home every time I stick my feet in the sand or hug a redwood tree.

Truly music to your ears realizing you have a home that welcomes it's arms to you every time you pull up into your driveway. A symphony of success in your heart. Worth all the blood, sweat and tears to get there.
